After discovering Theo in the bakery, Love attempted to kill him - but he was later saved by Joe. While Joe at first thought he was dead, he decided to take him to hospital after hearing him stir, and the end of the series saw Theo recovering from his injuries.

Theo Raeken is one of the two main antagonists in the first half of the fifth season of the MTV series Teen Wolf, the secondary antagonist in the second half, and an anti-hero in the sixth season. He is a former classmate of Stiles and Scott who returns to Beacon Hills for his senior year.
Taking pity on the boy, Joe drugs him (presumably so he won't scream about the cage, murder, or anything else he may know, like Love's secret cupcake recipe) and dumps him at the nearest hospital.

Deucalion seemed to have become blind again and offered Theo to teach him how to steal the Beast's powers in exchange for Scott McCall's eyes, a deal Theo immediately accepted.

Theo and Liam have never got along since day 1, no matter how much we wished they would! The finale showed however, a moment between Liam and Theo where they may have finally put their differences aside and embraced the bromance we all know they truly have.
He has false memories, he has real memories of the past that he thinks is the present, and he remembers the pre-Riders present. But he has no idea if any of those memories are real. So he doesn't actually "remember" Stiles it's just all the memories still in his brain and randomly accessed.

Lydia is a banshee that was put in a catatonic state by Theo Raeken due to him digging his claws into the back of her neck in search for the location of the Nemeton. He had never done such a procedure and when he finished, he yanked his claws out the back of her neck, leaving her comatose.
Deucalion's last words were, “Gerard… what he fears most is he can't beat you. And he knows it.”
In the Season 3 Mid-Season Finale, Scott fully attains the status of Alpha. A few months later, at the end of Season 4, he has mastered the monstrous strength that comes with it.
